You can order directly from our website by adding products to your cart and completing the checkout process. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and other secure methods.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after your purchase.

You can customize colors, size, buckles, beads, closures, and bicolor or multicolor combinations. Some customizations can be selected directly on the product page, others can be arranged via WhatsApp after placing your order or before purchase. Measure your wrist with a soft tape measure, without overtightening and without adding extra centimeters. The measurement taken is the one to choose when ordering. For a regular fit, Urban Kord makes the bracelet so that it remains comfortable, moves just enough, and has a nice presence on the wrist. For belts, it's best to measure a belt you already own that fits you well, from the buckle to the hole you use most often. Alternatively, you can measure your waist where you normally wear your belt. Measure your dog's neck with a soft tape measure, leaving enough room for a comfortable and secure fit. The collar should not be too tight, but also not slip off. If your dog is still growing or has a particular size, contact me before ordering to choose the most suitable size together. Paracord 550 Type III is a technical nylon cord, durable, lightweight, and versatile. Urban Kord uses it to create handcrafted accessories such as bracelets, keychains, collars, and belts. We use: paracord 550, 425, 275 and microcord, glow-in-the-dark paracord, durable plastic buckles, decorative beads, snap hooks and metal rings.

Machine wash on a delicate cycle at 30°. Avoid high temperatures to preserve colors and durability. Air dry.

550 paracord can hold up to 250 kg. Our products are designed to last with everyday use.

Shipping times: 48-72 hours from when the product is ready.
Production times: 5–7 business days normally. Busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas): up to 15-20 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Yes, we ship throughout Italy and to many European countries. For information on specific destinations, please contact us.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow the delivery.

Contact us indicating the order number and the product to be returned. We will send you instructions and a prepaid return label.

The Consumer Code provides for the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt for standard products.
⚠️ Personalized and custom-made products (bracelets, watch straps, keychains) cannot be returned in accordance with art. 59 of the Consumer Code. Read our Refund Policy for more info.

The product must be: unused, with the original label intact, in its original packaging.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is intact, we will proceed to refund the cost of the goods, excluding shipping costs.

Yes. Urban Kord was founded in Padua and creates handmade Paracord accessories in Italy, which can be customized in terms of colors, sizes and details. Each piece is created on request, with an urban, durable and personal style.

Yes! All our paracord accessories are handmade. Each piece is unique and created especially for you when you order.

Yes. Many Urban Kord accessories are also designed as gifts: bracelets, keychains, collars, belts, and small personalized sets. You can choose colors, style, and details based on the recipient. The photos try to show the colors as accurately as possible, but light, screen, and device settings can slightly change the perception. If you have any doubts about a combination, it's best to write to me first: I'll help you choose colors that truly work together.

Yes. You can create combinations inspired by your team, sport, style, or a color you want to wear every day. No. Although Paracord 550 has high resistance, Urban Kord accessories are not safety, climbing, towing, or rescue devices. They are handmade accessories to wear and live in every day, not certified technical equipment for human or animal loads. Read our guide for more info.
